Royal Sintered Stone – Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

This warranty is standard, non-transferable, and limited, applying exclusively to Royal Sintered Stone surfaces.

The Warranty is only applicable to customers who are authorized dealers and purchase directly from the manufacturer – RSS.. The warranty period is 10 years from the date of purchase, based on the sales invoice issued by RSS.

RSS is committed to replacing any defective product that does not meet the technical and physical specifications listed in the technical datasheet during the warranty period. The replacement product, selected by RSS, will resemble the defective item in design, thickness, dimensions, specifications, and color.

Replacements will be selected from current and available product lines. Please note that RSS does not guarantee an exact match between the replacement and the original product and is not liable for variations in color, pattern, thickness, or appearance after installation.

RSS will determine a reasonable timeline for the handling and replacement process based on the nature of the identified defect.

This warranty does not cover costs related to removal, transportation, or reinstallation of the defective or replacement product. Restoration work (if needed) or any compensation for direct or indirect damages, loss of income, or other related costs are not included.

RSS is only liable for structural or manufacturing defects in the product itself and holds no responsibility for issues arising from preparation or installation processes. Therefore, this warranty does not cover aesthetic issues after installation or damage caused by post-production processes such as transport, drilling, cutting, installation, edge or seam finishing, or combining with other materials affected by dimensional or thermal changes due to environmental conditions.

This warranty only applies to products that have not been prepared or installed. Damage to edges, corners, or sides caused by these processes is not covered.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover claims from owners who purchased products that were not manufactured by RSS, or who used RSS products for purposes other than those specified in the warranty policy.

Claims must be submitted before product installation and within 30 days of the customer receiving the product, in order to be considered for any visible defects.

The following cases are excluded from the RSS warranty:

  • Damage resulting from improper use, including but not limited to physical, chemical, or mechanical impact.

  • Damage due to incorrect site preparation or improper maintenance techniques.

  • Color variations between actual products and digital images; the manufacturer is not responsible for such visual discrepancies.

  • The warranty does not apply to high-traffic areas; any resulting damage from inappropriate use is not covered.

  • Use of the product beyond the specified durability or in a manner inconsistent with technical recommendations is not covered.

  • Any damage—direct or indirect—to people, property, or animals caused by misuse is excluded.

  • Damage resulting from improperly installed or poorly constructed frames, suspensions, or infrastructure components, as well as poorly built or undersized support structures, is not covered.

The owner must report any product defects to RSS within 30 days of discovery to qualify for warranty consideration. Claims must be emailed to cskh@royalceramic.vn or sent via registered mail with a return receipt request.

The sales invoice must clearly indicate the purchase date and identify the defective item. Original documents, including the sales invoice, must be presented to RSS personnel in the event of inspection or warranty request. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by RSS.

Specific or special warranty terms may apply depending on the market or case and are not detailed in this policy. RSS limits its maximum obligation to the actual cost of the product and disclaims all contractual or non-contractual liability for any incidental, direct, or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the countertop.

Legal rights related to this warranty and any additional rights may vary by city or country. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to all customers.

Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, RSS makes no explicit or implied warranties or representations regarding sintered stone. No party other than RSS is authorized to make any representations, warranties, or commitments regarding these products.
